Open your computer and sign in to the local network where the access point is – a computer in a similar home or office. Sign in to the access point as an administrator.

For instance, for a Linksys WRT54GS, launch a program on the computer connected to access point, and navigate to web address “192.168.1.1.” Enter “admin” as the client name, and enter the administrator’s password, and click “OK”.

Step 2
